Every Tuesday night at the bar and in the dining room, Apollo offers an additional menu. The menu offers a variety of appetizers and martinis for $7.00 each. The menu changes monthly so there is always something new and tempting to try. Our regular menu is available as well.

Bethlehem holds a Restaurant Week twice and year and it is always a huge hit, so Apollo has decided to offer Restaurant Week every Wednesday! Enjoy a tasty 4 course pre-fixe menu for $30.12. Our regular menu is available as well. Many have said that Wednesday has become the most delicious night of the week!

Apollo’s version of “happy hour.” Every Thursday 5 to 7 pm, “therapy” is in session. Stop in and enjoy a signature martini of the week for $7, $5 glasses of cabernet and chardonnay and tasty Apollo appetizers at the bar. Twice a month we host a Celebrity Guest Bartender for charity and Apollo donates $1 from each martini we sell from 5 to 7 pm. We also offer wine/spirit tastings.
